This meeting is free of charge and open to foundation representatives and philanthropic advisors. Please join us for a unique opportunity to learn about and discuss the Fiscal Year 2011 budget and tax issues and impact on supports and services for children, youth and families. The meeting will take place Thursday, February 25, 2010 from 9-5pm and Friday, February 26, 2010 from 9-2pm. A detailed agenda will be available shortly. Sessions will include:

  • Federal and State Budget and Tax Outlook for FY 2011
  • Overhaul of the Federal Poverty Measure
  • Policy Update: Hunger and Nutrition
  • Grantmaker Strategy Session

Participants are expected to arrange their own travel and hotel accommodations as needed.

Although further away, Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) also serve the greater metropolitan area.
