The Supreme Court's recent Citizens United vs. FEC decision removes decades-old barriers that have prevented corporations from publicly supporting or opposing political candidates. This session will explore how this landmark decision may impact federal, state, and judicial elections, policy-making, issue campaigns, and efforts to register and mobilize voters.
