Background:
Are Recovery Act funds and other federal funds going to those hardest hit by the recession? Who are the groups getting the money? What has the spending accomplished? What can we do to ensure that federal funds are better used to address social equity issues?

This forum will focus on an exciting, new project to advance a set of national advocacy strategies and a ground-breaking data visualization tool to support fairness, effectiveness and accountability in government funding programs.
